Our Mission
At HEI Early Learning Centres, our goal is simple: to give as many children and families as possible access to high-quality early childhood education. We follow a child-focused, play-based approach inspired by Finland’s early education curriculum. We believe children learn best when they are happy, curious, and engaged — and research supports this.
We are proud to bring Finnish early education to the UAE and to be part of the country’s vision for a strong and empowered future generation.

In line with the UAE’s “We the UAE” vision, HEI UAE Early Learning Centres aim to help children grow into confident, capable, and compassionate individuals. Our approach encourages strong moral values, lifelong learning, and personal development from an early age.
As part of Finland’s respected HEI Schools global network, we use a research-based and well-rounded learning model. Our goal is not only to enrich early childhood education in the UAE, but also to positively impact families, communities, and the nation’s future leaders.

HEI (Helsinki International Schools) is an award-winning early learning concept that shares the strengths of Finland’s education system with the world. We are excited to now offer Finnish curriculum programs in the UAE.
Built on Finnish Educational Excellence
HEI Schools was developed in partnership with the University of Helsinki, one of Finland’s leading universities. The Finnish education system has been carefully developed and tested for decades, consistently producing excellent learning outcomes.
This model combines modern teaching methods, strong research foundations, and a deep understanding of child development. At HEI, we focus on the whole child — supporting emotional, social, and academic growth without unnecessary pressure.
Our education experts work closely with us every day to continuously improve and innovate.
