Rajiv Jain

Late Mr. Rajiv Jain founded the company in 1999 with a strong vision, dedication, and passion for building a successful business. Through years of hard work and commitment, he transformed the company from a small distribution business into a trusted IT system integration and managed services company serving both government and corporate clients.

What began as a small two-person office in Mumbai eventually expanded into a company with a strong presence across India and international operations.

Mr. Rajiv Jain sadly passed away due to COVID-19 in April 2021. Even during difficult times, he remained fully committed to the company’s growth and future. His passion, leadership, and values continue to inspire the company’s directors and employees as they work to carry forward his vision and legacy.

Irfan Mohammed – Regional Sales Director

Irfan Mohammed is a skilled business leader with over 17 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Solutions, Business Process Management, and Enterprise Architecture.

Throughout his career, he has helped businesses grow by introducing innovative technologies and building strong market strategies. He is passionate about continuous learning and encourages professional growth through education and skill development.

Irfan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

G. M. Jain – Chairman

Mr. G.M. Jain is the Founding Member and Chairman of the company. With more than 50 years of legal and business experience, he oversees legal matters, contracts, compliance, and financial governance. His guidance, wisdom, and leadership continue to play an important role in the company’s success.

Seema Jain – Director

Mrs. Seema Jain has been associated with the company since its early years and has managed finance and human resources with dedication and care. Following the passing of her husband, she took on a more active leadership role, continuing to support the company’s growth while preserving his vision and values.

Vatsal Jain – Director

After the sudden loss of his father, Mr. Rajiv Jain, Vatsal Jain stepped into a leadership role at a young age. A business graduate from NMIMS, he guided the company through challenging times with determination, supported by experienced mentors, senior staff, and the strong foundation built by his father.

Siddhant Jain – Director

Siddhant Jain brings fresh ideas and a modern business approach to the company. Having studied business management at Poddar World College, he focuses on improving operations through innovative thinking and updated management practices.
