JINGDONG Logistics officially launched in 2017, building on JD.com’s nationwide logistics network that started in 2007. In 2021, it was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Today, it is a top provider of technology-driven supply chain solutions in China, focused on improving efficiency, sustainability, and reliability for businesses worldwide.

As of December 2024, including third-party cloud warehouses, we operate 3,600+ warehouses totaling over 34 million square meters, covering nearly all regions of China. We also maintain over 100 bonded, direct mail, and overseas warehouses, totaling around 1 million square meters.

Our services, including same- and next-day delivery (211 Program) and doorstep delivery, set industry standards and earn top customer satisfaction ratings in China.

Internationally, we are expanding our reach with warehouses and logistics hubs in the U.S., Europe, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. By the end of 2025, we plan to double the area of self-operated overseas warehouses and open more international shipping routes like China–Malaysia, China–Korea, China–Vietnam, China–U.S., and China–Europe.

In 2024, we began using large language models (LLMs) to automate processes, prevent anomalies, and improve efficiency across dozens of business scenarios.

Our cloud warehouse model helps small and medium logistics companies optimize resources, improve service quality, and make better use of idle warehouse space. By the end of 2024, over 2,000 partner warehouses had joined the platform.
