1) 10years Solid Experience as a Computer Operator&Accounts Assistant/ Document Controller,(MG National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme) NREGA- India (Mandal Praja Parishad – Bhainsa) Telangana State,November 2008 – March-2018.
2) 7 years Solid Experience as a Computer Operator&Accounts Assistant/ Document Controller,(MG National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme) NREGA-India (Mandal Praja Parishad – Kuntala) Telangana State,April – 2018 to till now
Daily Responsibilities:
Data entry, of work done in field level like how many wage seekers were worked and their salaries were credited in their individual bank accounts through online , and Filing as hard copies Documents and soft copies documents in Control Office.
Preparing Log for all types of Submittals.
Updating of all Logs daily basis.
Control of all department Documents(Measurement Books ,Planning, Accounts & Employee HR cell).
Preparation for all types of submittals , Submission of All types of letters to District head offices.
Receiving of all type of Correspondences and mails and distribution for related personnel with approval of Head officer.
Update the documents receiving from District head offices and distributing to the all correspondence officers in mandal level.
