RTI Real Estate was founded in Dubai in 2018 with a simple belief: real estate is about people first, properties second. Our mission is to guide, inspire, and create opportunities that last for generations.
Since our beginning, we have completed over $1.5 billion in deals, helping more than 2,700 clients achieve their property goals. From handling single transactions worth $50 million to creating over 4,100 tailored offers in both off-plan and secondary markets, our focus has always been on delivering results with care and expertise.
Our team is a diverse group of 100+ specialists from 23 countries, speaking 35 languages, all united by a shared passion for helping clients succeed.
In 2025, RTI Real Estate expanded internationally with roadshows in Germany, Iceland, Spain, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Italy, Netherlands, Lebanon, Kazakhstan, and more. We now operate three offices—two in Dubai and one in Lebanon—and have launched a luxury development arm in Lebanon, creating distinctive projects with lasting value.
