I’m Shafi Musa Al-Tawalbeh, a supervisor and curriculum expert in the Jordanian Ministry of Education previously, and I hold a PhD in history.
Building on successfully designed and delivered courses on modern history, Islamic history, and related topics, and receiving positive feedback from both students and colleagues.
Furthermore, my 12 years of management experience in curriculum management and textbooks have sharpened my organizational, leadership, and project management skills, and I have been responsible for developing and reviewing curricula and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of academic excellence and are aligned with the evolving educational landscape. This experience has given me a comprehensive perspective on the implementation and evaluation of school curricula, as well as the ability to work in collaboration with stakeholders.
A master’s degree in Islamic history and a bachelor’s degree in history and archaeology provide me with a strong basis in historical research, analysis, and critical thinking. These qualifications, coupled with my higher diploma in information technology, allowed me to integrate digital tools and methodologies into historical research and preservation.
Throughout my career, I have shown a commitment to creating a dynamic educational environment, promoting multidisciplinary approaches, and involving students in critical discussions. It is dedicated to using innovative teaching methodologies, integrating technology to improve learning outcomes, and encouraging students to think critically and develop their analytical skills.
In addition to my academic and educational qualifications, I have excellent communication skills, which have been further improved through interaction with students and colleagues and working in a team, which enhances working in a positive environment and adapting to new challenges.
Given my vast background in modern history, educational experience, management experience, and passion for educational development, I am confident that my skills and qualifications make me well equipped for this particular role.
