Social Media Manager (Arabic Speaker)
Job Title: Social Media Account Manager (Arabic Required)

- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media account management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content plans aligned with clients’ business objectives.
- Coordinate daily workflow between clients and internal teams, including designers, motion graphic artists, content creators, photographers, and paid media specialists.
- Prepare clear creative briefs and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before publication.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor account performance, analyze insights, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present results to clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Handle client requests, feedback, and revisions efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through new marketing initiatives and creative ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Social Media Account Manager or similar role.
- Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media best practices.
- Experience creating content calendars and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus.
