• B.Ed is mandatory
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject
• Relevant teaching experience
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills
• Student-centred approach to teaching and learning
• CBSE school experience is preferred
• UAE school experience will be an advantage
