Hiring: Accounts & Administration Executive

KEMET Prime Properties is a growing real estate company based in Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional service and long-term value to clients and investors.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Accounts & Administration Executive to support our finance, administration, HR coordination, and executive operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working in a dynamic environment, and contributing to the growth of a developing business.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
• Maintain company accounts and bookkeeping records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist with VAT filings and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
• Monitor company expenses and cash flow.
Administration & HR Support
• Manage daily office administration and operational support.
• Maintain company records, licenses, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Assist with visa applications, labour contracts, renewals, cancellations, and government-related documentation.
• Liaise with Tasheel, MOHRE, immigration authorities, and other government entities when required.
• Support recruitment and HR administration activities.
Executive & Business Support
• Provide administrative support to senior management.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Support the administration and record-keeping of the owner’s personal investments and business interests.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
• Handle confidential financial and business information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Experience in real estate is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with visa, labour, and government processes is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Experience with accounting software is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

💰 Salary: AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience)
