Position Title
Administrative Assistant of the Office of Academic Integrity, Al Ain Campus Department/Unit
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Office of Academic Integrity (OAI) and assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Head of OAI.
- Receive all completed academic integrity reports submitted by instructors or proctors along with the supportive evidence.
- Check if all received reports are filled out appropriately and if all documentation pertinent to the report is complete.
- Forward all alleged academic integrity violation reports to the Head of OAI.
- Schedule meetings with students, Academic Integrity Committees, etc. (arrangement of the above includes, preparing agendas and taking minutes).
- Follow up on the implementation of the decisions made by the Academic Integrity Committees and Academic Integrity Appeal Committee.
- Receive written statements from students who filed appeals.
- Maintain up-to-date filing system for both hard copies and electronic files of Academic Integrity violation cases.
- Carry out other administrative OAI-related tasks, such as assisting in exam proctoring schedule, preparing BRFs, calling students to attend AI workshops, etc.
- Address students’ concern regarding an academic integrity issue at Al Ain Campus.
- Assist in proctoring arrangements, examination-related processes, and all other matters pertaining to academic integrity at Al Ain Campus.
- Assist with any administrative issues as directed by the Head of OAI and the Dean of COE.
- Supporting selected COE operations at AA Campus.
Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or a related field
Nature of Relevant Experience Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the administrative role.
Language – Skills:
- English is required.
- Arabic is preferred.

- Organizational skills, time management, flexibility, and attention to detail.
