Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in accounting and the FMCG industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and accounting records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate filing and reports.
  • Support inventory, purchase orders, and other operational activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Basic accounting knowledge (experience with accounting software is an advantage).
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
