Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in accounting and the FMCG industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and accounting records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate filing and reports.
- Support inventory, purchase orders, and other operational activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Basic accounting knowledge (experience with accounting software is an advantage).
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
