Livin’ Experts Real Estate is growing and we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Officer to become the operational backbone of our office in Business Bay.

If you understand the Dubai real estate system, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy keeping processes structured and compliant, this role is for you.

This is not just an admin role. This is a central position within the company where you will support management, sales, marketing, finance, and compliance operations while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you will be responsible for

Office & Team Operations

• Managing attendance records for Sales & BOH teams

• Preparing onboarding kits and workstation setups

• Managing internal communication channels and WhatsApp Business

• Overseeing office supplies and inventory control

Portals & Listings Management

• Publishing and managing listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle & company website

• Updating, refreshing, and optimizing listings

• Maintaining resale and listing trackers in Excel

• Handling user verifications and transaction claims

Contracts & Documentation

• Preparing and activating Contracts A, B & F

• Drafting tenancy contracts and rent NOCs

• Preparing referral agreements and POAs

• Maintaining SOP documentation and organized contract records

DLD & Compliance

• Processing Trakheesi and QR permits

• Managing broker card applications, renewals & cancellations

• Handling DLD inquiries and follow-ups

• Managing developer registrations and renewals

• Maintaining ready property inventory records

Finance & Operational Support

• Recording bills and payment vouchers

• Updating KPI tracking sheets for management

• Supporting Holiday Homes administrative processes

• Updating Bitrix profiles and supporting agents

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience

• Dubai real estate experience is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of DLD, Trakheesi & broker card procedures

• Experience with Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle portals

• HR experience is considered an advantage

• Highly organized and detail-driven

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Professional communication skills (Fluent English required)
