The Admissions Assistant and Lead Qualification Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming admissions process for prospective families. This position is responsible for supporting the admissions team qualifying leads and ensuring that every potential family experiences outstanding customer service. Required Skills/Abilities
Qualifications/Training
- Educated to High School levelÂ
- Fluent in English
Experience/Knowledge
- 2 years + customer service experience/administrative position
- Experience in education and related experience (desirable)
Skills
- Excellent IT skills and experience of working with Excel and other spreadsheet and database applications.
- Communicating with confidence – Conveying messages and information clearly and confidently, appropriate to your audience.
- Relationships with others – Developing, building and maintaining effective and appropriate relations.
- Reliability – Demonstrating dependability, consistency and commitment to self and others
- Customer focus – Understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Knowledge of the English National Curriculum, BTEC and the International Baccalaureate (desirable)
