Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and updating of aircraft maintenance programs in compliance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements. Ensuring that the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) is controlled, managed, and developedÂ
- As required by the continuous airworthiness requirements of SOR state of Registry and the TCH/OEM published MPD or any other applicable source data.
- Ensuring that the AMP is maintained and amended in an optimized condition for DCAF utilization. Ensuring the accurate insertion of the AMP into the CAMP.
- Incorporating revisions arising by source document revision.
- Incorporating revisions arising through in service changes to configuration by, modification, repairs or deviations presented by the Technical Services Engineer in a timely manner.
- Where applicable, responsible for effective taskcard management associated with the AMP
- Assist the CAM/Deputy CAM as required for the management of the approval of the AMP.
- Reporting of AMP source document inconsistencies, queries, or errors to the responsible party.
- Assist Quality & Safety departments in MOC or investigations as applicable.
- Assist in preparing reports, manuals, and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Assisting the CAM/Deputy CAM in the development of procedures associated with the management of the AMP.
- Other duties as assigned by CAM/Deputy CAM or outlined in other company issued technical
- Provide administrative support to the CAMO team as required.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in aviation maintenance, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation industry support roles is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
• Very High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of aviation maintenance principles, procedures, and regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA, or similar regulatory bodies).
• Ability to analyze technical data and generate reports.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and software.
