About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior executive of Learning & Development to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage all property Learning & Development administrative activities, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of L&D operations.
  • Support the delivery of learning initiatives, training programs, and development activities across all departments.
  • Provide L&D support to colleagues and handle functional requests related to Oracle Tahweel, Axonify, and other learning systems.
  • Coordinate training schedules, maintain learning records, create course offerings, and track training completion and activities.
  • Support Learning Needs Analysis, learning audits, data collection, reporting, and action planning to enhance development initiatives.
  • Promote a collaborative “can-do” culture, represent L&D in meetings and workshops, and support department-specific training needs.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management, or an internationally recognized equivalent qualification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid Group Trainer or Team Trainer qualification is desirable.
  • 3–5 years of experience in training, preferably within the hospitality industry.
