Business Development Specialist – Oil & Gas Freight
Job Description
- Develop new customers and create gross profit.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations.
- Handle customer complaints and disputes amicably with regards to service delivery, lapses, etc.
- Partake in customer relationship management activities to improve business relationships with customers to retain and increase sales activities with customers.
- Work with customers to create solutions for their requirements to increase business.
- Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics for potential business development and understand competitor dynamics.
Job Requirements
- Higher Level Education (Bachelor qualification or Certificate)
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Freight Forwarding | Supply Chain Management Knowledge
- Prior experience in a Commercial & Business development of similar industry
- Proficient knowledge of computers especially in MS Office & Outlook.
