Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Cashier with a background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital billing and cashiering operations, with strong knowledge of healthcare systems and patient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient billing and cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently
• Process payments, including cash, card, and insurance-related transactions
• Ensure accurate posting of all payments within the hospital system
• Coordinate with billing and insurance teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records in line with hospital policies
• Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospital billing and cashiering (RCM environment)
• Familiarity with hospital systems and billing software
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and payment cycles
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
