About The Opportunity

A role within the Construction & Infrastructure management consulting sector, delivering large-scale building and civil works projects across the United Arab Emirates. We support public and private clients through end-to-end site delivery, technical supervision, and compliance assurance—requiring hands-on civil engineering leadership on complex on-site programs.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site civil engineering activities: supervise works, enforce construction sequences, and ensure delivery to specified timelines and milestones.
• Review and verify design and shop drawings, issue technical clarifications, and implement approved revisions during execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and MEP teams to align interfaces, resolve clashes, and maintain progress plans.
• Perform quantity take-offs, monitor material usage, and report on cost/variance to project managers to control budget impact.
• Implement and maintain QA/QC checks and HSE controls—conduct inspections, prepare NCRs, and close out punch lists.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site diaries, and handover documentation; support commissioning and final acceptance activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 3+ years of on-site construction experience in UAE or GCC projects.
• Proven track record in site supervision for structural, earthworks, and concrete works with strong QA/QC delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D and experience with quantity take-offs and basic estimating.
• Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera for schedule monitoring and progress reporting.
• Strong understanding of HSE practices, construction standards, and local UAE regulations.

Preferred

• Professional certification (PE, IEng, or equivalent) and prior experience with large commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with substructure works, piling, shoring, and temporary works design coordination.
