Core purposes:
- To welcome visitors to our school and deal with queries from families, visitors, staff and children
- To take a varied and active role in the day to day running of our busy school
- Supporting the school in its vision to be the school of choice for the community
- To support the registrar with the requirements of the local regulatorsÂ
Key duties include:
- To ensure children are safe and well cared for at all time
- Welcoming parents and attend their queries in a pleasant manner
- Ensuring visitors have refreshments
- Collecting children and delivering belongings and messages etc
- Co-ordinate the ISP Emiratization talent drives as and when required
- Conduct events and activities to attract Emirati talents including parents
- Providing general administrative and clerical support to the leadership of the school
- Supporting with school marketing and admissions activities
- Applying for any special approvals (if applicable) in line with ministry expectations
- Assisting with school cover duties when needed
Qualifications and training
High school leaving certificate minimum
 Bachelors Degree
Experience
1 to 3 years experience
Skills and knowledge
Answering queries from parents and staff, attending telephone calls, Coordinating events, completing other admin tasks given
