Job Title: CRM Manager (Customer Relationship Manager)

Brands: Omoda & Jaecoo and iCaur

Location: UAE

Role Summary:

The CRM Manager will design, implement, and optimize customer relationship management strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty for Omoda & Jaecoo and iCaur in the UAE. This role ensures every customer interaction — from inquiry to aftersales — is managed effectively within the CRM ecosystem, delivering an exceptional customer journey across digital, showroom, and service touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and execute CRM strategy aligned with sales, marketing, and aftersales objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM platform (lead management, campaign automation, reporting).
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of leads, opportunities, and customer data across all channels (showrooms, website, call center, events, social media, etc).

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Track and monitor lead funnel (inquiry → test drive → quotation → sale).
  • Collaborate with showroom managers and sales teams to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Implement follow-up processes and reminders for timely customer engagement.

Customer Experience & Loyalty

  • Design and execute customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction (CSI, NPS) and drive initiatives to improve ratings.
  • Manage post-sale customer engagement (service reminders, feedback, upgrade campaigns).

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate CRM reports and dashboards for senior management (lead conversion, campaign ROI, customer lifecycle value).
  • Analyze customer behavior and buying patterns to support targeted campaigns.
  • Provide insights for product, pricing, and marketing strategy based on CRM data.

System Development & Compliance

  • Ensure CRM processes are standardized across all dealers and showrooms.
  • Coordinate with IT/vendors to maintain CRM system functionality and upgrades.
  • Safeguard data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with UAE data protection regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Dealer Network teams to ensure seamless customer journey.
  • Support showroom openings with CRM integration, staff training, and campaign setup.
  • Align CRM initiatives with group/global Omoda & Jaecoo and iCaur CRM standards.

Experience & Skills:

Experience

  • 3+ years experience of heading CRM management in automotive OEM/dealership groups in UAE.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Dealer Management Systems).
  • Proven track record in lead management, customer retention, and loyalty program execution.
  • Experience in setting up CRM processes for new showroom/dealer launches is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic an advantage).
  • Ability to train and coach sales/aftersales staff on CRM processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and dashboard reporting.

Other Requirements

  • Knowledge of UAE automotive market and customer expectations.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred for showroom visits and coordination).
