Position Title: Marketing & Branding Manager
Department: Marketing & Group Communications
Reporting To: Group General Manager, HEKA Healthcare Group
Location: Fujairah & Dubai, UAE
As Marketing & Branding Manager, you will lead HEKA Healthcare Group’s marketing and branding agenda across clinics, the trading division, and the corporate brand. You will be responsible for driving awareness, patient/client acquisition, and brand equity, ensuring consistent and impactful positioning across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and branding strategy for HEKA Healthcare Group, aligning with the Group’s vision and growth objectives.
- Build, strengthen, and safeguard the brand identity across all divisions (clinics, trading, and corporate) to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
- Define value propositions and unique differentiators to enhance HEKA’s competitiveness in the UAE healthcare landscape.
Digital Excellence
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, display ads, paid social, and remarketing.
- Drive website traffic, lead generation, and online engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to continuously enhance online presence.
Content & PR
- Oversee development of impactful content across multiple formats; websites, brochures, patient education materials, newsletters, videos, and social media assets.
- Manage PR activities including press releases, media relations, and thought-leadership articles to elevate brand visibility.
- Ensure content aligns with HEKA’s brand values, patient-centric messaging, and regulatory requirements.
Events & Partnerships
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, healthcare exhibitions, conferences, and sponsorships for both B2C (patients/community) and B2B (trading/partners).
- Build strong partnerships with industry stakeholders to increase HEKA’s visibility and expand market opportunities.
- Evaluate the ROI of events and sponsorships to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.
Collaboration
- Work closely with sales teams, clinic managers, and trading divisions to align marketing initiatives with operational and commercial priorities.
- Support clinic-level campaigns to drive patient acquisition and support trading partnerships with targeted B2B marketing.
- Act as the central communication link for all marketing-related initiatives across the Group.
Insights & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze patient/client behavior, feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Track competitor activities and market positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Define and report on KPIs such as lead-to-patient conversion, campaign ROI, and patient retention.
CRM & Tools
- Leverage Zoho CRM and other digital tools to design, implement, and monitor targeted campaigns.
- Use CRM data to personalize marketing efforts, improve patient engagement, and strengthen loyalty.
- Ensure CRM campaigns integrate seamlessly with broader marketing and sales strategies.
Budget Management
- Develop, manage, and oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor marketing spend against ROI, adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Provide regular budget performance reports to senior management.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with advertising agencies, creative studios, and media vendors.
- Ensure cost-effective delivery of high-quality campaigns, collateral, and creative outputs.
- Oversee vendor performance, timelines, and compliance with HEKA brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years’ experience in healthcare or FMCG brand marketing within UAE/GCC.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign ROI.
- Strong grasp of healthcare market dynamics & regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, and digital tools.
- Excellent leadership, presentation & communication skills.
