Job Description

The Social Media Executive is responsible for creating and curating content, managing social media platforms, and preparing materials for interviews. Key duties include writing engaging posts, responding to followers, crafting interview responses, and ensuring that the Chairman’s online presence is aligned with their personal and professional image. The role also involves monitoring trends, scheduling posts, and collaborating with other teams to enhance the Chairman’s visibility and brand consistency across social media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Chairman’s personal social media accounts across various platforms.
  • Create, write, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the Chairman’s personal brand.
  • Prepare and review interview content, ensuring alignment with the Chairman’s voice and values.
  • Respond to followers and engage with the audience in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics into the Chairman’s content strategy.
  • Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Draft and refine statements or responses for public appearances and media interactions.
  • Ensure the Chairman’s social media presence reflects their professional and personal image.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to enhance the Chairman’s online presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • 5–12 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
  • Should have experience in managing top management account (Chairman, CEOs) etc.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube)
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to create engaging content (text, images, short videos, reels, stories)
  • Solid knowledge of social media analytics, insights, and performance tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
