Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and support each child’s learning and development.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
• Maintain professional communication with parents and work collaboratively with the nursery team.
• Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
Requirements:
• Relevant teaching/education qualification (Cache Level 3).
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a nursery setting.
• Montessori experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Caring, creative, professional, and enthusiastic.
