Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality English language training sessions to diverse groups of learners.
- Designing and developing effective curriculum and training materials.
- Assessing students’ language proficiency and providing constructive feedback.
- Utilizing modern teaching methodologies and tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitoring and reporting on students’ progress and achievements.
- Collaborating with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in teaching English, preferably in a training or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of English language grammar, vocabulary, and usage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
Preferred Skills:
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
