With over 100 in-house agents and a network of 1,000+ external agents, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead the company’s finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. You will work closely with senior management, sales, operations, developers, banks, and auditors to drive financial performance and support business growth.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, accounting, and month-end/year-end processes.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital.
- Oversee brokerage commissions, developer settlements, revenue recognition, and client payments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, IFRS, and all regulatory requirements.
- Lead audits, strengthen internal controls, and manage financial risk.
- Provide financial insights and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage and develop the finance team while improving systems and processes.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience within the UAE real estate, property brokerage, or property management industry.
- Strong knowledge of brokerage accounting, commissions, developer settlements, client payments, and UAE VAT.
- Proven experience managing the full finance function.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
