Finance Manager – MENA Group

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial management and accounting activities across the Group.
  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Monitor P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning.
  • Prepare budget vs. actual analysis and identify key variances.
  • Develop financial and management dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Provide financial analysis to support business and investment decisions.
  • Support the CEO with financial modelling, scenarios, and business planning.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial position.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and external financial consultants.
  • Ensure appropriate financial controls and processes are maintained.
  • Work with different Group companies to consolidate and analyze financial information.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and proactively raise them with management.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of relevant finance experience, ideally including Finance Manager or senior accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to understand business drivers.
  • Experience working with multiple entities or companies is highly preferred.
  • UAE / MENA experience is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a technology, digital, software, AI, or startup environment is a strong plus.
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage.

The Right Person

We are looking for a Finance Manager who is hands-on, analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working directly with senior management.

The successful candidate should not simply produce financial reports. They should be able to answer:

What is happening financially?

Why is it happening?

What does it mean for the business?

What should management do about it?
