The Role

This is a newly created senior finance position. You will own the Group’s finance function across 4 UAE entities — overseeing outsourced providers, ensuring UAE regulatory compliance, managing audits, and reporting directly to senior management.

What You’ll Do

• Review and sign off US GAAP financial statements prepared by external providers
• Own UAE VAT, Corporate Tax (FTA), and WPS payroll compliance
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors — start to finish
• Manage outsourced bookkeeping and US GAAP/SEC reporting providers
• Prepare consolidated management accounts and cash flow forecasts
• Design and implement internal financial controls
• Supervise 1 Operations Accountant

What You Must Have

✅ CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent — active qualification (required)

✅ US GAAP proficiency — review and sign-off level

✅ UAE VAT & Corporate Tax filing experience — hands-on

✅ Statutory audit management — as primary contact

✅ Multi-entity consolidations & intercompany eliminations

✅ Experience managing outsourced finance providers

Nice to Have

• Big 4 or public/listed company background
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
• IFRS to US GAAP reconciliation experience
• Experience building an in-house finance team
