Job Description

Guest Service Officer- Front Desk (Russian speaking)

The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. Knowledge about ISO 14001 is an added advantage.

Qualifications Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Languages required: English and Russian.
