Head of Science (Middle School)

🏫 We are Hiring: Head of Science Department/ Teacher (Middle School)

📍 Location: Dubai – Al Warqaa First

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Science (Science HoD/ Teacher Middle School) to join our leadership team at SAIS in Sharjah Branch. The ideal candidate will lead our Science department with passion, innovation, and a commitment to high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Science department across all middle school grades
• Mentor and support Science teachers in lesson planning, assessment, and classroom strategies
• Coordinate lab activities, safety protocols, and science resources
• Foster a love of inquiry, experimentation, and critical thinking among students

Requirements:

Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science Education or a related scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
