Job Description

Roles & Responsibility

• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked.
• He/she must have the ability to work effectively under supervision, and within a multi-disciplinary / multi-cultural team to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Take and record patient vitals and medical histories
• Support physicians and nurses during patient examinations
• Assists patients during the consultation. Provides Auxiliary Aide care to non-acutely ill patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse / doctor. Reports to CNO.
• Assist with minor procedures and wound care
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure the rooms and beds are clean and tidy.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant preferred
– Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially in an outpatient clinic, is a plus
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
