Are you a recent graduate or an early-career professional with a passion for finance and data analysis? We’re looking for a Healthcare Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and contribute to data-driven decision-making in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and support business decisions.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor financial KPIs and prepare insightful dashboards and reports.
Support revenue cycle analysis, including insurance reimbursement and collections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to deliver accurate financial insights.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and charts).
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
Understanding of healthcare finance or revenue cycle management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
