Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse at MMC Polyclinic in Dubai. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care in patients’ homes, assisting with medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Nursing skills
- Experience in Home Care and Patient Care
- Knowledge of Medicine and patient assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Current LPN license in Dubai
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care
