Job Title: HR & Admin Officer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a structured and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to manage the human resources functions of our clinical facility. This is an ideal role for a candidate who thrives in a highly organized environment with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
– Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical staff.
– Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all personnel files and facility licenses meet DOH and MOHRE standards (Full asset registries and audit manuals are already in place).
– Policy Implementation: Maintain and implement the facility’s Integrated Policy and Procedure Manual.
– Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for staff grievances, leave management, and payroll coordination.
– Audit Readiness: Conduct regular internal audits of HR documentation to maintain “Inspection-Ready” status.

Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience within the UAE (Healthcare experience is a major plus).
– Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and DOH/MOHRE regulations. Proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
– Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a 1-week notice period will be prioritized.
