Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Junior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, posting entries to the general ledger, and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, tracking rental income and related property expenses, and helping prepare invoices, receipts, and payment schedules. The role will assist in preparing periodic financial reports, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and maintaining accurate, organized financial records in line with company policies and local regulations. The Junior Accountant will collaborate closely with property management and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data for managed properties.

Hiring: Junior Accountant

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500/month

Experience: 1–2 years (preferred)

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in reconciliation, Excel reporting, and VAT compliance. Preference will be given to candidates with real estate industry experience and familiarity with Zoho Books or QuickBooks.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting transactions and entries
  • Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations
  • Assist in preparation and filing of VAT returns (UAE VAT)
  • Generate financial reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Support monthly closing and internal audit processes
  • Work with accounting software such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of accounting experience (UAE preferred)
  • Real estate industry experience is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations
  • Experience with Zoho Books and/or QuickBooks is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
