Future Contracting Company LLC is seeking an QA-QC Engineer and Junior Planning Engineer with experience in the UAE construction industry.
Role Description: QA-QC Engineer
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer located in Dubai. The Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control and assurance processes, conducting quality audits, managing quality systems, and performing inspections. The role involves ensuring that all construction activities meet established standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
– Quality Control and Inspection skills
– 1-3 years of experience in the UAE
– Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing, and Quality Management
– Proficiency in inspection processes
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience in the construction industry is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
– Certification in Quality Management or relevant standards is a plus
– Experience in the construction industry is preferred
Role Description: Junior Planning Engineer
Supports project planning, scheduling, and monitoring by preparing schedules, tracking progress, and producing reports using software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. They coordinate with project teams, identify risks, and ensure work aligns with project deadlines and budgets, while also assisting with resource allocation and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
– Familiarity with construction processes, methodologies, and standards.
– 1-2 years of experience in the UAE
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
– Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and basic knowledge of CAD software is often required.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
– Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
