Male Nurse for Homecare with DHA
Job Description
Ontime Group is looking for a skilled Male Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our homecare services team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort. You will work closely with patients and their families to deliver personalized care and support as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing nursing care to patients in their residences, including administering medication, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to inform care planning and interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families about health management and self-care techniques
- Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately in medical records
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe care environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
- Current DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in homecare nursing is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize patient needs
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Must be able to travel to various patient locations as required
