Marketing Content Manager (Events)
Role Purpose
Our client is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its experiential agency’s content and digital marketing strategy, positioning the agency as a market-leading creative partner through compelling storytelling, engaging digital experiences, and impactful marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a consistent brand identity and voice across all marketing channels. This includes creating and curating high-quality content, managing the agency’s website and social media platforms, showcasing its work, people, and culture, and delivering campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, generate new business opportunities, and support commercial growth.
Working collaboratively with the Creative, Strategy, Client Services, Production, and Business Development teams, the Content Marketing Manager will translate ideas into engaging content that reflects the agency’s creative capabilities, builds meaningful client relationships, and enhances its reputation as a leading experiential agency in the region.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Launch & Content Strategy
- Develop and implement an integrated content marketing strategy to support the launch, growth, and positioning of the agency brand.
- Translate the agency’s brand strategy, purpose, and commercial objectives into clear content themes, campaigns, and storytelling opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong and consistent tone of voice across all external communication channels.
- Create and manage a structured brand launch content roadmap covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
- Identify opportunities to build brand awareness, credibility, and engagement through original content, thought leadership, project storytelling, and industry commentary.
- Ensure all content reflects the agency’s creative identity and strengthens its position within the experiential, events, and creative industries.
Social Media
- Own and manage the agency’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content showcasing projects, people, culture, and client success stories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality photography, video, and other creative assets.
- Manage community engagement and monitor industry trends.
- Analyse channel performance and optimise content using data and insights.
Website & Digital Content
- Brief and manage the external agency responsible for the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of the agency website.
- Own the website content strategy, ensuring all copy remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with the agency brand.
- Update and maintain website content through the CMS, including case studies, news, team profiles, and service pages.
- Apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic performance.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Create compelling content across multiple formats, including website copy, social media, articles, presentations, newsletters, scripts, and award submissions.
- Develop engaging case studies highlighting creative thinking, execution, and measurable results.
- Establish processes to capture content throughout the lifecycle of every project.
Campaign Management
- Plan and deliver integrated content campaigns supporting brand awareness, business development, and recruitment.
- Coordinate content delivery across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Produce sales collateral, credentials, case studies, and campaign assets to support Business Development activities.
- Identify opportunities to amplify the agency’s work through awards, media coverage, and strategic partnerships.
Performance & Insights
- Define and monitor content marketing KPIs.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimise content based on performance data and audience behaviour.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices.
