Role Description
Citizenship Invest is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong organizational skills who can manage diverse marketing activities, from content creation and digital communications to event support and media liaison. The successful candidate will play a central role in strengthening our brand presence and ensuring seamless internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Communications – Draft, edit, and publish website content, newsletters, brochures, and presentations. Manage internal and external communications, including email, WhatsApp campaigns, and industry updates. Manage company’s email. Respond to client and partnership inquiries.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing – Research, draft, design, and schedule organic content across all our social media accounts. Create article topics and publish articles on the company website. Create ad hoc posts and visuals for campaigns.
- PR & Media – Liaise with media outlets and prepare timely responses to press requests. Monitor industry trends and competitors, providing weekly insights to the team.
- Marketing Materials & Design – Develop and update brochures, leaflets, and client-facing presentations. Design creatives for social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Events & Webinars – Prepare event marketing materials, campaigns, and communications. Host webinars on Zoom, manage invitations, and share post-event reports.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content management.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and content scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management, digital campaigns, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive, energetic, team-oriented attitude with a strong attention to detail.
