Job Description
As a Team Lead – POA (Power of Attorney), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Consultants while also contributing individually to overall sales performance. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring process compliance, mentoring team members, and delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience across the end-to-end POA journey.
Responsibilities:
ï‚· Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
ï‚· Drive conversion of inbound and outbound leads through consultative and solution-oriented selling.
ï‚· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, productivity, and pipeline health.
ï‚· Ensure accurate understanding and communication of POA products as well as other extended services, processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
ï‚· Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
ï‚· Support the team in building strong, trust-based relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
ï‚· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant POA and allied services.
ï‚· Collaborate with operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
ï‚· Prepare, review, and analyze sales reports, MIS, and dashboards to track performance and identify improvement areas.
Education & Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in consultative or service-based sales, with at least 1 year in a teamhandling or supervisory role.
ï‚· Experience in legal, financial, or documentation services will be an added advantage.
ï‚· Highly structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
ï‚· Ability to manage priorities, meet targets, and lead by example.
