  • KEY RESPONSIBILITY
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in white collar manpower sales and outsourcing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in potential client organizations to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements, leveraging We One’s capabilities and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and negotiate contracts and present it to the clients
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the organization and monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market shifts and opportunities
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Represent We One at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance market presence.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in service delivery.
  • TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in B2B sales with a focus on white-collar workforce solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of white-collar recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Strategic Thinker: Capable of developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
