Marketing Manager – AI Specialist- UAE REAL ESTATE EXPERIECNE

PSI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven 360 Marketing Manager specialised in AI to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of a forward-thinking, growth-oriented marketing strategy. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise across all facets of marketing—Including strategic ATL, BTL and online marketing, social media, strategic performance campaigns, events management and a good understanding of the functionality of PR and Comms. 

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience within the real estate industry and a passion for developing high-performing teams, leveraging data for decision-making, and optimizing marketing efforts to support business growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team (digital, creative, content, media, and analytics) to achieve strategic goals and personal growth. Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on innovation, accountability, and results. 

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with PSI’s business objectives to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Use insights to inform strategy and differentiate PSI in a competitive real estate landscape. 

Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market presence through integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels. Align marketing initiatives with sales, product, and business development goals. 

Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints. Oversee content strategy to support brand positioning, lead nurturing, and thought leadership. 

Drive qualified leads through data-driven campaigns and performance marketing initiatives. Set KPIs, monitor ROI, and refine marketing programs based on performance metrics and attribution data. 

Establish robust reporting processes to track campaign performance, conversion rates, and marketing ROI. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize strategy and execution based on data insights. 

Oversee media buying and advertising strategy to ensure cost-effective audience targeting and high-impact placements across relevant channels. 

Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and broader business objectives. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. 

Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility. 

Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

  

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 

Experience:

  

5+ years of senior-level marketing leadership experience in the real estate industry (mandatory). 

  

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. 

Skills and Competencies:

  

Real estate experience is a must.
