Job Role:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the Nejoum Al Jazeera Group brand across all business sectors, including automotive, trading, and logistics. The role ensures effective promotion of the company’s services, customer engagement, and business growth through both traditional and digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and market trends.
- Promote the company’s automotive, logistics, and trading services through effective advertising and branding campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, digital content, and social media posts.
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence through the website, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business targets.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance and budget reports for management.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and ethical practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive, logistics, or trading industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach.
