We are currently recruiting on behalf of S’CLINIC, a newly established specialist dermatology clinic in Downtown Dubai focused on advanced hair restoration and regenerative treatments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium healthcare brand at launch and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from day one.The Role

We are looking for an experienced, professional and highly organised Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our patients.

This is much more than a traditional reception role. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, managing appointments, coordinating the patient journey and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, professional and discreet manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations and patient registrations.
  • Handle telephone, email and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate patient records and ensure accurate administrative documentation.
  • Process payments and maintain daily financial records.
  • Liaise closely with doctors and nursing staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Manage follow-up appointments and support patient retention.
  • Maintain reception, waiting areas and refreshments to premium hospitality standards.
  • Assist with stock ordering and general administrative duties.
  • Support the wider clinic team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist or Clinic Receptionist.
  • Previous experience working within a specialist medical, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Professional presentation and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience using patient management systems or appointment booking software.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Arabic and/or Russian language skills.
  • Experience within a premium private healthcare environment.
