We are currently recruiting on behalf of S’CLINIC, a newly established specialist dermatology clinic in Downtown Dubai focused on advanced hair restoration and regenerative treatments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium healthcare brand at launch and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from day one.The Role
We are looking for an experienced, professional and highly organised Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our patients.
This is much more than a traditional reception role. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, managing appointments, coordinating the patient journey and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, professional and discreet manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations and patient registrations.
- Handle telephone, email and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate patient records and ensure accurate administrative documentation.
- Process payments and maintain daily financial records.
- Liaise closely with doctors and nursing staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Manage follow-up appointments and support patient retention.
- Maintain reception, waiting areas and refreshments to premium hospitality standards.
- Assist with stock ordering and general administrative duties.
- Support the wider clinic team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist or Clinic Receptionist.
- Previous experience working within a specialist medical, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional presentation and exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience using patient management systems or appointment booking software.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Arabic and/or Russian language skills.
- Experience within a premium private healthcare environment.
