Operation & Admin Specialist – (UAE Nationals)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented UAE National to join our team as an Operations & Administration Executive. The ideal candidate will support daily business operations, ensure smooth administrative processes, and contribute to overall efficiency while also having the opportunity to earn performance-based commissions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Monitor internal processes and suggest improvements for better workflow
- Assist in tracking company performance metrics and operational reports
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth execution of business functions
Administration:
- Manage office administration including documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and internal communication)
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Sales Support & Commission-Based Tasks:
- Assist in client coordination and follow-ups
- Support lead management and CRM updates
- Contribute to achieving team targets, qualifying for commission incentives
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1 years of experience in operations, administration, or similar role (fresh graduates may also apply)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
