Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage RFP/tender portals on a daily basis to identify relevant opportunities
- Ensure timely sharing of opportunities with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate internally with Account Management, Finance, and Operations teams for alignment
- Support the preparation, documentation, and submission of proposals
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of all business development activities
- Follow up on submissions and maintain status updates for all ongoing opportunities
- Assist in improving internal processes related to business development and proposal management
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience handling RFPs/tenders
- Fluency in Arabic is required
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, organized, and highly responsive
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
