Job Summary
Abu Alnaga Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations while maintaining payroll records, deductions, and reporting with confidentiality and precision.Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, allowances, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, WPS, and company policies
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data
- Coordinate salary transfers through WPS and liaise with banks when required
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data confidentiality
- Handle end-of-service benefits, leave salary calculations, and final settlements
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for employee updates and audits
- Respond to employee payroll-related queries professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS, and payroll compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll systems/software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
