OME Real Estate is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the recruitment process while also supporting day-to-day HR operations.🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate meetings with management
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
- Manage onboarding and employee records
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related HR matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
- Coordinate visa, work permit, Emirates ID, and other employee documentation
- Support employee relations and workplace policies
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates for management
- Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR procedures and processes
🔹 Requirements
- Previous experience in HR and recruitment is required
- Real estate or UAE-based recruitment experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of the full recruitment process
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
- Good understanding of UAE HR administration and employment documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Proactive, responsible, and confident in dealing with candidates and management
- Fluent English is required; Turkish is preferred
