Overview of the role:
As a Learning & Development Consultant within Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will play a critical role in strengthening capability across the business. You will drive high-quality learning experiences that directly support operational performance, leadership effectiveness, and Emiratization development.
This is not a coordination-only position. You will design, deliver, and continuously enhance impactful learning interventions while maintaining strong governance standards and digital learning adoption. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure learning solutions address real capability gaps and translate into measurable behavioural and performance improvement.
Success in this role means building credibility with stakeholders, achieving strong learning engagement metrics, and maintaining operational excellence across all learning platforms and reporting systems.
What you will do:
- Lead and deliver the Automotive Embark Induction Programme, ensuring strong engagement, high attendance, and timely reporting.
- Design and facilitate impactful classroom and digital learning sessions aligned to business capability priorities.
- Drive adoption and engagement across enterprise learning platforms, including LinkedIn Learning and leadership development pathways.
- Analyse learning data and translate insights into actionable improvements that enhance programme effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, attendance tracking, and Learning Management System data integrity in line with governance standards.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
- Support Emiratization development programmes through structured milestone tracking and stakeholder follow-up.
Required skills to be successful:
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering structured learning programmes in a corporate environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing classroom and/or digital learning content.
- Demonstrated experience using a Learning Management System for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Proven ability to facilitate sessions confidently for diverse and senior audiences.
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management capability in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
About the team:
You will be part of the Al-Futtaim Automotive Talent Centre, a capability-driven function supporting performance and leadership development across one of the region’s leading automotive organisations.
You will report to the Functional Learning Lead and work closely with HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and operational leaders. The team operates within a structured governance framework that ensures programmes remain modern, relevant, and compliant with organisational standards.
What equips you for the role:
- 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Coaching roles.
- 3–5 years’ experience in content design for classroom and digital learning.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic is advantageous.
- Experience working within structured learning governance frameworks.
- Qualification in Adult Learning, Training & Assessment, or equivalent is advantageous.
- HR certification or HR background is advantageous.
- Automotive industry exposure is advantageous.
- Experience delivering sustainability-related topics is advantageous.
