What We’re Looking For
- A Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, retail or a fast-paced service environment, with the ability to manage recruitment portfolios independently, including Senior or Specialist roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering with Hiring Managers at multiple levels, including Senior Leadership, and providing commercially balanced advice.
- Sound understanding of workforce planning, headcount control and recruitment cost management.
- Data-driven approach with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment reporting tools to inform decision-making.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, alongside a proactive, solutions-focused approach and flexibility to support peak hiring periods and operational demands as required.
- Operates effectively in a fast-paced, international environment, adapting to changing priorities and supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones when required.
- Handles sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with privacy, data protection and internal security requirements.
- Demonstrates sound problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving ways of working.
- Superior problem-solving skills and the competence to exceed expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Leads the full Recruitment Lifecycle for assigned departments and properties across FIVE’s portfolio, from strategic workforce planning and proactive sourcing through to offer management and seamless onboarding coordination.
- Designs and implements proactive, bespoke sourcing strategies for Specialist, Senior and high-volume roles, leveraging direct search, networking, referral programmes and agency partnerships to attract exceptional talent.
- Builds and nurtures strong talent pipelines for critical roles, supporting succession planning and sustainable growth.
- Conducts structured interviews and robust candidate assessments, ensuring fair, consistent and objective evaluation processes aligned with ‘FIVE-Star’ standards.
- Acts as a key escalation point for onboarding matters, ensuring a smooth, engaging and professional transition from offer acceptance to commencement.
- Champions a remarkable candidate experience that reflects FIVE’s bold employer brand and award-winning positioning at every touchpoint.
- Serve as the primary Recruitment Partner to Heads of Department, providing strategic guidance on hiring plans, market insights, salary benchmarking and candidate selection.
- Challenges and advises Hiring Managers constructively to ensure best-practice recruitment standards and commercially sound hiring decisions.
- Represent the Human Resources function confidently in meetings with senior stakeholders, delivering clear updates on hiring progress, risks and market conditions.
- Drives recruitment timelines independently, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently in alignment with approved manning plans, budget parameters and operational priorities.
- Supports peak hiring periods, pre-openings and business-critical recruitment initiatives across the Group as required.
- Partners with the Senior Recruitment Manager on workload planning, prioritisation and the continuous enhancement of recruitment processes.
- Oversees recruitment reporting and data analysis, tracking key metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire to inform Strategic decision-making.
- Maintains exceptional accuracy across the Applicant Tracking System and Recruitment Trackers, ensuring compliance, governance and audit readiness.
- Ensures all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, local labour legislation and FIVE’s governance standards.
