Job Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of workflow
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies, including job postings, candidate screening, and selection
- Oversee onboarding and induction for new hires
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure strong pipelines for brokers
- Support international hiring and relocation guideline when required
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new joiners
- Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews and the processing of final settlements
- To make sure with UAE labour laws and regulations, including visa and immigration requirements
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters and terminations
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook and promote employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with management, line managers to understand the staffing needs
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor law and company standards
- Develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
- Prepare payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, HR system (Monday.com)
- Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover and recruitment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in Real Estate Industry
- Proven experience working in the UAE, with strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR practices
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
