Head of Human Resources

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of workflow
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies, including job postings, candidate screening, and selection
  • Oversee onboarding and induction for new hires
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure strong pipelines for brokers
  • Support international hiring and relocation guideline when required
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new joiners
  • Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews and the processing of final settlements
  • To make sure with UAE labour laws and regulations, including visa and immigration requirements
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters and terminations
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook and promote employee engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with management, line managers to understand the staffing needs
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor law and company standards
  • Develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
  • Prepare payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, HR system (Monday.com)
  • Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover and recruitment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in Real Estate Industry
  • Proven experience working in the UAE, with strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR practices
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • High level of discretion and integrity
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
